Oh! And I forgot to say that the recipe in the last post was bits and pieces of a bunch of different ones I found on the Weight Watchers site. And, I guess, what anyone who had ever encountered a spaghetti squash before would do with it. I had not, so it was all new and exciting for me. I am easily excited.
